The watch will be returned or sent back to us and you will be refunded in full.

Payments can be made via Bank Transfer without additional charge or made with a Credit/Debit Card, however a 2.5% charge will be added. Cash payments are not accepted by Clé.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, or if there is something wrong with the item, you can return it within 5 working days from the date of purchase.Items must be returned in the same condition it was received in. If proven otherwise, Clé has the right to refuse the return.

Clients are fully liable for the return of products in the same condition they were received.
